1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of jewellery products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Earrings (unless damaged or defective)
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or misuse
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

  • Contact Ouramart customer support with your order ID, product details, and clear images/videos showing the issue
  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared
  • Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted

4. Refund Policy

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to Ouramart’s error

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items, subject to stock availability
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
